How do you motivate your clients? I am not a drill sergeant—I like to adopt a very supportive coaching style that finds the right balance between pushing my clients to achieve their potential while also understanding the “life factors” that get in the way of success. I communicate with my clients about their unique circumstances in life and find ways to help them best adhere to their exercise and nutrition regimen. I also place a heavy emphasis on education, as I believe nobody should have to perform exercises without understanding why they are doing them! Favorite Activities: Hiking, camping, and in general being outdoors as much as possible!
